Weekly Horoscope: Sunday, April 25, 2010
All Signs:
While volcanic ash created the biggest upset in aviation history, two celestial events coincided: The first is the current Mercury retrograde. Mercury moves forward at 2° per day; but from April 14- 21, Mercury was frozen at the same degree putting the entire planet on hold. (Gulp.) Meanwhile, every 45 years, Uranus (the ruler of aviation) opposes Saturn (regulations and the government). This opposition occurs five times between 2008-10. The first was Nov. 4, 2008, when the US election put President Obama in the White House. (Revolutionary!) The last two oppositions occur April 26 and July 26 this year. Big upsets are happening! The upside is whatever upsets us will force us to explore new ground, which widens our vision and experience of the world. (This just shows you're as young as your jeans.)
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Worries about cash flow, possessions, bills, taxes, and shared property could cause anxiety this week because of this Full Moon. However, this tension will disappear by the weekend. (This is nothing you can't handle.) However, the Saturn/Uranus opposition is a biggie. This will bring changes to your job, your health, plus partnerships and close friendships. Basically, this opposition is like something that's overdue. It's ready to burst or breakout. Something must be resolved, which means you have to move on. It might feel scary because you're moving into the unknown, but hey - security is just an illusion. You're never really secure anywhere! Nobody is. (I hate that part.) C'est la vie.

"It Ain't Me, Babe"[written by Johnny Cash] Jesse Cook w Melissa McClelland
Go away from my window Leave at your own chosen speed I'm not the one you want, babe I'm not the one you need You say you're lookin' for someone Who's never weak but always strong To protect you and defend you Whether you are right or wrong Someone to open each and every door
[CHORUS:] But it ain't me babe No, no, no, it ain't me babe It ain't me you're lookin' for, babe
Go lightly from the ledge, babe Go lightly on the ground I'm not the one you want, babe I'll only let you down You say you're lookin' for someone Who'll promise never to part Someone to close her eyes to you Someone to close her heart Someone to die for you and more
[REPEAT CHORUS]
You say you're lookin' for someone To pick you up each time you fall To gather flowers constantly And to come each time you call And will love you for your life And nothin' more
I’m passing sleeping cities Fading by degrees Not believing all I see to be so
I’m flyin’ over backyards Country homes and ranches Watching life between the branches below
And it’s hard to say Who you are these days But you run on anyway Don’t you baby?
You keep running for another place To find that saving grace
I’m moving on alone over ground that no one owns Past statues that atone for my sins There’s a guard on every door And a drink on every floor Overflowing with a thousand amens
And it’s hard to say Who you are these days But you run on anyway Don’t you baby?
You keep running for another place To find that saving grace Don’t you baby?
You’re rolling up the carpet Of your father’s two-room mansion No headroom for expansion no more And there’s a corner of the floor They’re telling you is yours You’re confident but not really sure
And it’s hard to say Who you are these days But you run on anyway Don’t you baby?
You keep running for another place To find that saving grace
Don’t you baby?
You keep running for another place to find that saving grace
